"Actually helpful!"
The course material was really clear, and it lined up well with what we were covering in class. A few of the questions were definitely tricky... but they pushed me to understand the topics better!

"Clear deadlines, even when I mixed up the timing"
The deadlines were clear overall, even though I did get a little turned around once or twice on what was due which week. The late policy was fair and gave me some breathing room when I slipped up. It wasn’t perfect, but I never felt cheated or totally lost, and it made keeping up with homework a bit less stressful
"Well... the setup process was confusing…"
Well... the setup process was confusing. I eventually figured it out, but it definitely could’ve been more straightforward

"Finally able to log in again"
I was having trouble getting into my account for a while, but the login issue got fixed and now I can access everything again without getting stuck, which is such a relief because I just wanted to get back in and use it like normal without dealing with another error message.

"Pretty helpful for keeping up with math"
I’ve been using WebAssign for math, and it’s been helpful. The extra practice makes it easier to understand the material and stay on track during the week. Some of the questions can feel a little picky at times, but overall it does make studying less of a hassle.

"The proctoring part was kind of a mess..."
The proctoring part was kind of a mess. The proctor kept flagging me for things that didn’t even seem like issues, and it got really annoying after a while... I was just trying to focus and get through it.

"Renewal was honestly easy"
I renewed my WebAssign subscription and... yeah, it was painless. It only took a few minutes, and my access stayed active the whole time. So no complaints from me.
"It’s helpful overall, but sometimes it marks…"
It’s helpful overall, but sometimes it marks stuff wrong even when it’s actually correct. That can be a little frustrating, especially when you’re sure you got it right.

"I mostly use webassign for homework..."
I mostly use webassign for homework grades, and my first reaction was basically, yep, this is way less annoying. The gradebook sync has been smooth, and scores show up in my class gradebook quickly. I’m not stuck double-checking everything or typing grades in by hand, which saves time and cuts down on mistakes.

"It works, but it’s frustrating to use"
WebAssign does what it’s supposed to do, so I can’t totally complain, but using it can be really annoying. Sometimes I’m able to get through assignments fine, and other times I’m clicking around forever just trying to find what I need or submit an answer. The layout feels confusing in random places, and it makes simple stuff take longer than it should. It’s not unusable, but it definitely gives mixed signals, helpful one minute, clunky the next.

Checkout was simple, honestly. The payment went through without any real trouble, though it did take a little while to load at one point. Nothing major or anything, just kind of a small wait.

"I use webassign mostly from my phone, it’s…"
I use webassign mostly from my phone, it’s been convenient for me. The pages load fairly well, my homework fits on the screen without being a hassle, and I can submit assignments without dragging out my laptop every single time.

"Surprisingly hasn’t given me issues"
I’ve had to use WebAssign for a few classes, i expected it to be more annoying than it was. But it’s been solid for me. Pages usually load quickly, my answers save right away, and I haven’t lost any work even when I jump between tabs. I’m not saying it’s amazing or anything, but for homework stuff, it does what it’s supposed to do without causing problems.

"Accessibility support threw off my whole routine"
I had to use webassign for one of my classes, and the accessibility stuff was frustrating. Some pages worked okay with my screen reader, but then other parts were clunky for no reason, and I’d end up clicking around forever just to do something that should’ve been simple.
My school tried to help, which I appreciated, but the site itself really needs to be easier to use. It got especially stressful during timed homework and quizzes, and more than once it messed up my plans for the evening because I spent way longer fighting with the platform than actually doing the work. It wasn’t the worst thing I’ve ever used, but it definitely made the class harder than it needed to be.

"Works fine, but the price feels off"
The site itself is okay for homework and submitting assignments, so I don’t really have a huge issue with how it works. But my gut reaction was that the access code price is just too much. I already paid for the class and the book, so having to pay extra just to turn in homework felt kind of unfair. If your teacher uses it, you’re basically stuck buying it, which makes it more frustrating. It’s not the worst platform, but the cost definitely leaves a bad impression.

"Random questions feel like a crapshoot"
WebAssign is fine most of the time, but the random questions can be a total pain. Some versions feel way harder than others, while your classmates somehow get the easy little softball problems. It technically works, but it’s frustrating when your grade depends partly on luck because the system wants to be a stubborn little gremlin.

"Pretty chill about how you type answers"
I’ve noticed it’s forgiving with answer formats, which is nice. I can type things a few different ways and it still usually understands what I mean. Kind of reminds me of when you text someone half-asleep and they somehow get it anyway. Anyway, small thing, but it makes using it feel a lot less annoying

"Honestly, it did the job"
I used webassign to turn in my math homework, and I have to admit, it was painless. I wasn’t expecting much, but uploading answers was simple enough, and I did appreciate being able to see exactly what got submitted. I can’t really complain since I didn’t run into any major issues.

"Refund details were easy to find"
I liked that the refund and cancellation info was actually clear. I checked it before buying because I wasn’t totally sure what to expect, and I also had a little doubt about the overall quality at first. The rules didn’t feel hidden or overly complicated, and the cancellation steps looked simple enough. It was nice knowing what would happen if I needed a refund, since that’s not always clear on school-related sites.

"I used WebAssign for one of my…"
I used WebAssign for one of my classes because it was connected to the required textbook. Some of the problems lined up fine, but other times the section links felt messy and kind of hard to follow (which gets old fast when you're just trying to study). The ebook pages also took a while to load, and I had to click around way too much just to find the example I needed. It did the job for submitting homework, but the textbook integration definitely needs work. For something I had to use for class, it felt more annoying than actually helpful.
